Hey all, I'm 24 years old (male) and about 116 lbs. Looking to gain a bunch of weight through eating. I keep reading that this should be supplemented with exercise such as weight lifting and that it should be done healthy foods. However, I don't entirely have the means or the time to lift weights. Also, doesn't the energy used up during weight lifting cancel out some of those calories? Surely people can gain weight without lifting weights, just through eating.

What are your thoughts on this? Help me out.

Do you want to gain muscle or fat? Just eating without strength training is a sure fire way to do that. You can work out with just a set of dumbbells and a bench.
