Cranberry juice or Asparagus?

Is it true that if you consume these regularly, they will help you lose excess water weight?

This may be PART of my problem for excess belly "pudge" and I was wondering if these items would be helpful.

If not, any other suggestions?

I think that you're looking for an easy way out.

Asparagus is great for you either way, I personally don't drink much juice because it tends to be a lot of sugars.

I can see where I have given that impression. I am not looking for an easy way out by any means. I was wanting to see if these methods were helpful in helping loose extra water weight because I have heard that cranberry juice (organic), as well as Asparagus are both diuretics.

If anyone out there has some good healthy suggestions, I am open. I understand there is no such thing as a quick fix
