Hi, I'm new to the site and am starting a new exercise program to gain some muscle mass. Right now, I am 5'7'', 135 lbs. I have trouble eating 5 or 6 times a day because I'm a full time college student and don't really have the time or money. It's really hard for me to gain any weight because I have a fast metabolism. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for a nutritional program that fits a more crammed schedule and low budget.

Eat big, clean, and often. Perhaps supplementing a couple of those small snacks with weight gainer shakes might help. Most shakes mix with water, so just get a shaker, fill it with powder, and add the water whenever you can sneak a break in. It will never be better than actually eating(well, perhaps post workout it might), but will help to give you those extra calories.
