I'm new to FT. The main reason I joined is my wife said I need to gain some weight. I'm 25, 6'4" and 146lbs. Skinny little thing, I know.
I've lost over 40 lbs in the past 2 years, unexplained. The only think I can think it could be is, I stopped drinking in 2005, and I stopped working out, which means I lost all the muscle mass I did gain. I was working out 2 times a day, eating about 6 times a day, and drinking protein shakes, and taking creatine. I might start this back up again. One thing I noticed on the Fitness Plans, and Nutritional Plans here is, it doesn't say to take any supplements or drink any shakes. Is this recommended?
