I race motocross for a living but im having some endurance problems latley due to workin with my dad late nights and not training like i should be..what kind of vitamens, supplements and exercises can help me with arm fatigue and keep me in good optimal shape while still being able to help my dad before i start traveling around and training all off season?
Well since you seem to be very physically active, I would suggest that you eat more carbohydrates to maintain a high energy level. Also, if you want to increase your muscular endurance, you need to train that exact way. For instance, you should mimic the motions you do in motorcross, and turn that into your own workout program to help you with the fatigue in your arms.
