according to the fitness plan it says for me to do 4 sets doing 2 at 15 then 12 then 10. im just wanting to build up muscle but not really sure where to start.

Research has shown that people are more likely to believe something if it uses a prime number. For example, "29 tests for compatibility" or "37 powerful ingredients".

That said, 47 seconds would probably be a decent time.

I don't know if this is a great way to go about things - but I personally don't take any time between sets. I do supersets one right after the other using the advantage of an elevated heart rate to burn some more fat....any opinions?
