Ok so i have a muscle imbalance specifically in my arms. My other muscles are pretty balanced. I've been using dumbells instead of barbells for my arm exercises because I thought that might work. But my right arm is about 3/4 an inch bigger and i don't know how to catch the left one up. Any tips/suggestions?

I don't know if this is the best way to do it, but I do my left arm first and then only do as many curls or tri kickbacks with my right arm as i could do with my left. My left arm actually caught up to my right arm pretty quick and now the difference in size is negligible.
