Why does everything have to be chicken, egg whites, oatmeal and veggies? What is wrong with steak, potatoes and sauces that make food taste good? Geez can't anyone enjoy a meal with a little mayo in it anymore? I just eat what I enjoy, OMG even cheese. Just do it in moderation and it's all good. Ice Cream what is wrong with that? For Pete's sake lets enjoy what we eat and not be so obsessed it takes all the fun out of eating.

I think it largely depends on your goals. If you're huge and trying to lose fat than eating that stuff isn't going to get you where you want to go. Me on the other hand, doing everything I can to add pounds has no problems eating ice cream, mayo on a sandwich, steak and potatoes.

That being said too much sugar, or fried foods, etc. are going to do more damage in the long run than it's worth IMO.
