Hey, just found this site while browsing the internet. I took a look around at a few topics and liked what I saw, you guys seem very helpful.

I'm 18 now nearly 19, I'm 140lbs and 5'6". I've been the small skinny kid my whole life, I'm a weakling and now that i'm getting older I'm starting to care about my health.

Since grade 9 I stopped sleeping and eating properly which doesn't seem to effect me much anymore but I'm positive if I started to workout and eat properly I'd feel much better.

I have some okay muscle in my triceps and quite a bit in my legs because I rollerblade, walk and hike a lot. I'd like to have larger biceps, pecks, and abs. Pretty much all around bigger. I'm not sure what kinds of weights I can lift other than 20-25lb dumbbells on each arm.
If anyone could help out with what kind of excercises I should do and what kinds of food I should be eating and how much a day, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks! :)
