Um,...do you mean "obsessed" with your weight? Anyway, 93 lbs isn't that heavy. How tall are you? The best way to control your weight is through your diet, and my guess is that if you are active, you should try eating around 1200-1300 calories a day for your weight. You still have some growing to do so it could even be more than that. You also need to make sure you're getting good quality calories; not from junk food or soda. You also need to take a hard look at the proper portion sizes for the foods you are eating, because for the most part, what real humans consider portion sizes are actually quite a bit more than what you'll find on the box recommendations.
