Good Morning to All,
Although I start lifting wts about 1 month before joining FT, I have noticed great improvement in the last 2-3 weeks using ft's program. However, I have also noticed that my lats, are not gaining at the same rate - Symmetry. My left side is great, but my weaker right side is somewhat lacking.
Anyway, now for the question:
Should I work my weaker side first, then work my stronger and only do the number of reps that my weaker side can do with my stronger side. Me thinkest that this would be the way to go allowing my weak side to level out with the stronger. Then work them equally.
Thanks, Guitar

yes exactly. or you can start your rep with your weaker side and end it with the weaker side so that side actually gets one more rep. I have the same prob with my left bicep and this is what I was told to do to bring the strength up to equal. Take Care

Actually try to think a lot more..... When doing two hands exercises, simply try to concentrate hard of using the weak side of your body. It's mental, but it works. Also when working the two sides, try to let the weak side do a little more work than the other one.

I think you should trash the exercise your are doing. I am assuming this is one arm dumbbell rows or something like that. Go with exercises that work BOTH sides of your back at the same time. Barbell rows and chins are the best for the upper back. This will help your "weak" side catch up without risking overtraining.

On a lagging part I do 2 reps than the other side even if I need a spot to get there-- but I'll have to agree with the others also. Pull ups are a great lat builder too.

I would do pull-ups to help even them out because you can't really cheat to one side or another while doing them. I used to have the same problem, but pull-ups took care of it.
