Well, I havent been here like i needed to be ;). Trying to get my diet in order and found that tool. Thought people could use it. Becareful, you might be seeing more of me :)

amy, do you think the "ideal calorie intake" is pretty accurate tool?

It came out pretty close for me, so you could use it and if you aren't seeing fat loss, drop your cals 100 and do that for a couple of weeks, sometimes it is a matter of finding the right amount throuhg trial and error.

I don't understand on the ratio calculator : It says, grams per day; grams per meal; then calories per day; calories per meal.....I don't understand, I mean the calories and grams part. Cause on labels for ex. carbs are listed in grams....Where do you find the carb calories? I just don't understand. Someone please help cause this calculator is awesome. Thanks
