I am a 1st timer to fitness, 34 5'11", 210lbs. On July 14th I will begin a 30 day Dr controlled Opiate Detox for a pain killer addiction. I will be excerising with my program here & doing cardio on my days off but I am hoping for some specific advice or ideas for what kind of foods to eat & any other kinds of informations that may seem relevent.
