hi its my first post on here,
im having my last pig out tonight and hope to get stuck in tomorrow so felt i needed some moral support and not the usual 'you start every monday'

Diet doesn't have to be a four letter word! Just find healthier ways to make the foods you like. Make sure to count calories in the beginning, and don't try to do too much( like 3 hours of cardio a day, or extreme low calorie dieting). Get a good strength training routine, and be accountable. And most of all; DON'T GIVE UP! We all will fall off the wagon once in a while, but don't let it be a road block, just move on and stick with it.
