When on the exercise program on ft when you have to do each side individually like preacher curles, one arm at a time, or twisting crunches, to each side, and you have to do 3 sets of 15 reps for example. I can do 11 reps with my left arm but only 8 with my right how do i put it in the chart to be tracked. And another thing is that when i do 15 reps with my left and then 15 with my right with a 10lbs dumbbell does that make 300lbs in total.

In the beginning take the barbell for your curls to build up your strength in your right arm. And nooooooo not 300lbs but just 10 to put in your chart to be tracked.

Try adding more weight on the weaker side to increase that side's strength so it will be even with the stringer side.
