I am signing up for the Gain Muscle Mass Training + 12 week abs program.
33 years old, with intermediate weight training experience with a lazy streak which I need to break!
Realistically going to work out 4-5 days a week.
Looking for similar person to chat with online and go through the program with. Encourage me to get to the gym. I know this is virtual, but a small guilty conscience will help me work on my fitness goals.
I'm not sure how helpful I can be at encouraging anybody to exercise... it totally has to come one's own drive.
Anyhow, I'm a newie, 6'1?, 195lbs and just started the ?Muscle Mass 12-week Program? about two weeks ago. My weight has been climbing (I'm hoping it's "lean mass" and little/no fat).
The most difficult exercise for me are the "deadlifts." They're such a great exercise, but so easy to do them wrong and have spinal disc injuries!
I heard the nutritional calculator for this website is not accurate. Be careful!
Anyhow, I'm one day behind the mass program since I went for a 6hr hike yesterday and a 4h mtn. bike ride the day before. I'm hoping I didn't over do the cardio.
