Eat anything and everyting you see, lol, but try and keep it healthy is the trick. clean calories.Good luck, bulking isn't easy , i started bulking 5 weeks ago and its a lot of work getting in all the right foods.almost like a second job where you need to eat all the time when you get the chance. But it payes off in the end , i already gained 6 to 7 pounds.You need to train very hard if you don't want it all to turn to fat. Trust me , you don't want that .Good luck .
