Hey there,ive been training for a little more than 2 years but im still learning how to properly train.

My main goals are to loose fat while gaining strength,not mass.

Also,i'm having a hard time developing my triceps even tough i do 3~4 exercises with 4 sets of xfailure reps.

Sounds like you're over training your triceps to me. Also, you won't see much of a gain if your eating and training to lose weight. Do you train triceps on a day of their own? Or do you train them with other muscle groups?
