Hey guys.
I'm a 6 foot tall, 205 lbs guy. I really let go this past year after high school and gained 15 - 20 lbs. I am really wanting to start getting back into shape, and loosing those extra pounds and more I have gained this past year.
I am kind of a picky eater, as I don't really like seafood, beans, many kinds of fruit, and all that jazz... I am usually open to trying most things, and i enjoy most all vegetables and meats.
I started a "diet" today even though I have no clue what I am doing, and I'm starting to run/work out 3 times a week.
So I was just wondering... How many calories should I eat each day if I want to loose 20 - 30 lbs and gain a bit of muscle?
Any suggestions of good tasting healthy foods, or a very good tasty diet plan would be helpful.
Thanks guys.

Try 2400 calories and see what happens, focus on lean protein and fresh veggies, some complex carbs.
Read the nutrition forum, your question is nothing new.
