I'm Jen, 28, overweight and a brand new member of Free Trainers. All of a sudden about 8 years ago, I put on 65 lbs in one year, and I haven't been able to lose it. I've tried almost everything, but nothing ever seems to work for me long-term. But I am seriously tired of looking in the mirror and thinking to myself every day, "How is it possible that anyone loves this body, when even I don't love it?" And now that I'm staying at home and working from here full-time, I really need extra motivation, because I can be REALLY sedentary. But, I have to say that in just the last 3 days, I have really seen the good this program can do if you let it. The Nutrition Tracker is probably my favorite part. I just input exactly what I ate after every meal (or I write it down, if I have to, and input later) and it tells me EXACTLY what I'm missing. It's GREAT! I finally have a clue as to what I'm eating and how it's helping or hurting. And to be honest, I've found that I haven't eaten anything the last couple days that I didn't want to put in the tracker. That's a great incentive. Thank you for all the help!
