Hey everyone,
I've decided to start a serious exercise program since in a week I will be going to college for my freshman year, with a gym right next to my dorm and is free to use. I've never had a 'bad and fat' body, but I have never had defined muscles because a layer of fat has covered it all up.
My ultimate goals will be by January '09, I will have a swimmers body type, with the thin sleek abs and chest, and lean arms and legs. I don't want to gain mass and be like Mr. Universe because that is ugly. I just want to be thin, yet semi-muscular.
I hate protein shakes and that kind of crap since I am a vegan, everything has to be no meat, and no animal products (dairy, honey, etc.). So somehow I have to find my protein naturally, which shouldn't be too extremely hard.
Since these programs go for 8 weeks, I will restart the program and probably do a total of 16 weeks, which will end around Christmas time.
I have a roommate too that may start a regimen with me, so that added support will be beneficial, and from these messages boards too.
Ok, well sorry for the huge essay XD but its just a simple intro to me and my goals.
