Hello. Im 6FT 3 and 255 pounds. Very solid body. My question is what do I need to do to get to about 275 with very huge chest and arms? I have started lifting heavy weights and taking Creatine and Protein. How many days should I lift? Thanks for the help.

Welcome to ft! Have you signed up for one of ft's mass programs? The answer to your question would be, do you have time to lift 5 days out of the week? And if so, your training split should also include leg work. This is fully detailed once you sign up for either the 8 or 12-week mass program.

Try taking weight gainers and protein shakes. To build huge arms and chest I do these exercises: Arms-Straight bar curls-3sets, 4-8reps E-Z curl bar curls-3sets, 4-8reps Concentration curls-3sets, 6-10reps Lying tricep extentions-3sets, 8-10reps Dips behind the back-3sets, 20-25reps Chest-Flat bench press-3sets, 4-8reps Close-grip bench-3sets, 4-8reps Incline bench-3sets, 4-8reps Bench flys-3sets, 4-8reps Dips-3sets, 8-10reps

Follow the 12 weeks muscle mass program. It's 12 weeks good compounds exercises and you'll get great results of it.

Yep Mass Program 1.5 gram protein per pd of bodyweight and creatine.
