I am starting today, and I am confused about how to do my suggested exercises. I have several muscle groups to focus on, and am wondering how the sets work. Do I do all the set ones of each group first, then move on to the set twos, etc.? Or do I do one muscle group first, all the sets, and then move on to the next muscle group? Thanks for your help:)
