Does Rib Cage Expansion have any benefits other than making one look better? I'm not interested in body building (though I don't mind having a good looking body). Do rib cage expansion excercises increse strength, power or lung capacity or anything like that? Also, does increasing rib cage size help for making thicker pecs. I have absolutely no muscle over my sternum, which isn't good for wrestling.

If you want to increase muscle strength, you have to weight train. You cannot really increase your rib cage but only the muscles around.
About your lungs, you cannot increase the size of your lungs either, but you can learn how to use the capacity of your lungs better.
Okey?

Excersises like pullovers really will expand your ribcage by stretching the cartilage. It is a slow process, but it works. Younger athletes will experience more results from these types of excericises because the cartilage is softer and more flexible. Expanding your ribcage won't really make you stronger, but it will help you look like you have a bigger chest than you actually do. That's the reason why I do 'em. ;)

And if they expand you could intimidate your wrestling opponents ;-)

Hehe, maybe. It gives me a bigger target for Karate though, and bullets (I'm planning on joining the army).
