You can take it any way you want - I take it like a shot or I mix it in my food. And stop missing meals

The best forum for weight gain is the kitchen table. Try eating smll frequent meals and see if that helps, but you need to get in the calories. Take some shots of olive oil instead for more calories and good fat.

Hello,

I weight around 120 pounds and am around 5'10. I badly need to gain weight but I just get full way WAY too easily, exspecialy recently. If it was up to me I do eat almost nothing scince I am not hungry, but I have to force myself to eat to not become even thinner. Could not eating enough fibers be the reason for bad appetite cause I dont eat a lot of them...

And is it safe to drink vegtable oil to add some calories to the diet? adding like 1 dl for around 900 calories or maybe around a half for 500. Is it safe? And is vegtable oil hard to swallow?

I am 19 years old and I am just so frustrated with this, thanks for any help :).

BTW if you know any better forums for weight gain, tell me :).
