Hello just joined on 8/30, tryin to get back into shape, gettin a lil on the heavy side...did the whole, once i hit 200 ill diet, then 200's not that bad maybe if i get over 220 ill diet, nah, 220's not that bad may at 230, same ole same ole, well, now ive finally decided that 232 is terrible, so here i am tryin out this site. Thanks for all the info that ive been reading its been great.
