Welcome to ft! If you haven't already, you should sign up for an ft program and choose chest as your target. You'll then be given a list of many exercises. I take it you have a set of dumbbells and not just one?

Actually, you can do plenty of exercises with just a pair of dumbbells and a bench, such as flyes and presses (inclined, declined and flat). Each position targets a specific area of the chest. The flyes will really work your pecs and inner chest.

Also, fill out your profile, and share your goals and current exercise regimen so we can give better advice in the future.

Good luck!

A dumbell or dumbells?!!!! lol The only exercise for your chest with ONE dumbell is probably pull overs....
Otherwise you have exercises like dips and push ups.

If really wanna target the inner chest then listen to our friend rpacheco.

Luck to you!

Any of the presses (incline, flat, or decline) with a closer grip will work the inner portion of the chest. Simply put your hands a little closer together and there you go. This will also burn your teiceps out a bit faster, but your inner chest will still thank you for it.
