Hey guys. in a few months im going to start training in mixed martial arts and i also want to coninue body building at the same time. my question is: will either of these have a negative affect on the other? i was thinking that maybe i could continue weight training and then mma training could count as my cardio. what do you guys think about that?
just to let you know what ill be training in: Kickboxing, Grappling, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu
