Hello. My name is Chris and I am 34 years old, 5 foot 9, and weigh about 170 pounds. I have noticed over the past few years the belly starting to poke out even though I am skinny cause I am tall.
I have had lots of stress in my life and am feeling tired all the time and lacking energy. I feel that I could also use more brain energy to help me think clearer. I am tired of feeling this way so I am on a crunch to feel better.
Do vitamins help and what type would you reccommend? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I am starting my work out routine tomorrow which should help too using the advice of this website. Thanks.

Welcome Chris,

I know exactly how you feel, because I was there not long ago. Actually, My stats are almost identical to yours, I'm just a few years younger at 31.

I feel much better now though, and feel better almost every day. I can't recommend any vitamins, but what has worked for me is to Clean up my Diet/Nutrition. And to Stick to a strict exercise schedule.

I have taken mens athletic vitamins which you can get at any medical store such as RiteAID CVS, Walmart they certainly helped my stamina a bunch.
