affraid of leg routines ACL injuries

I am curently trying to get to a desired physique but the only thing holding me back is the fact that I have ACL/LCL/and MCL injuries and am completely affraid of most leg routines can you suggest any routines that will give me the results I want but have minimal stress on my knee -Thanx-
