I'm new here and very impressed with some of your posts. I created my personal Fitness plan amd took printouts for this week starting today.
My question is on Rest day. It shows three days of rest in my plan per week. I just wanted to make sure rest day is for only weight training or should I complettely skip that day going to fitness center?
These rest days( at least one or two days) can I do other things like swimming,spinning, jogging or some aerobics.
