hi ppl!, pls help! i have just done my fitness plan and the very first thing i have to do each day are PRESS UPS!! i'M DEADLY SERIOUS WHEN I SAY I CANNOT EVEN MANAGE ONE PRESS UP! What can i do?? is there a good substitute or do i just miss them out? help welcome!! thanks xx

A press up is a push up.

ahhh, there are entire threads devoted to learning to do a push up...try doing a fit buddy search (search engine at bottom of screen)

Heres a suggestion that might help you get started, You can always put your knees down and you push up with only your arms. Usually helps get used to them i call it Muscle memorys once uve done it your brain knows u can do it.
