HELP!!! I NEED TO LOSE 50 LBS.!

OMG!!!!! i feel really fat all the time. I'm like young, and in school, i am made fun of all the time, and people just crash in on me about my weight. my brother uses the word "fat" as an insult all the time, and it hurts. i'm an emotional eater, and i am hungry all the time. what should i do??? feel free to give me any advice!

First thing is that you have to make the first step to do something. If you do not normally exercise start slow. Maybe walk 15-20 minutes and eat better. Exercise is important but equal is Diet. People may not agree with me but you may want to consider talking to a professional about your eating habits if they are emotionally related because if not you may struggle with it you whole life.
