i am a male, 5'10(still growing), 128lbs, 16y.o., with a very high metabolism (fairly active and in shape). i am seeking the fastest/biggest muscle gains possible for my stature. any advice (workout plans, nutrition plans). i just want to gain a lot of mass with whatever type of plan that will work. any help wanted. thanks.

About how many calories do you eat per day, how many grams of protein?
If you can't answer those questions then get that straight and you'll gain more then you'd imagine and more than if you bought some magical supplement.

i get about 3500 calories a day. im trying to get about 90g of protein from shakes. and i get prolly about an additional 60g of protein throughout the day.

The fastest way to gain muscle is slowly. What I am saying, it is not easy to gain muscle. It takes consistency of hard dedicated work, correct nutrition and plenty of rest. This may well take years to get the muscle you probably desire if your expectations are not too high. There is no 'secret' workout only a handful of people know, or special diet.
Trust me, if it were that easy, everyone who stepped foot in a gym that is a 'little' guy would be soon a bodybuilder.
One thing you have in your favor, unless you have medical issues is your testosterone levels are just beginning to peak. So soldier on, have realistic expectations, and you will succeed.
