I've been workin out now for about 3 weeks and everytime i come back from the gym im sore as hell!! is there any supplements i can take that will make the soreness go away?

Probably not...although, you can take creatine and possibly ZMA to help your body recover faster. Soreness is different with everybody. When I first started weight training again, I was probably sore for about 4 weeks. Eventually, the soreness wasn't as noticeable as it was in the beginning. Have patience...

You soreness will ease once your muscles are use to the weights. Remember that each time you do a different exercise, you are targeting different muscle groups. I am on week four and I still get a little sore, but it has eased a lot. I do get sore when I do a new exercise. Just hand in there. Also you might trying soaking in a warm bath with epsom salt. It really helps.

i good technique would be to strech before and after a workout for about ten minutes..stretch everything though lower and upper bondy

It's not normal if you stay too sore thou.
Do you drink enough water? You get some carbs and proteins for your muscles just after the work out? You don't over train? Enough sleep?

Then it could be a prob with not enough magnesium or sodium.
Glutamine helps you to recover. A multi vitamine pill can also make wonders (and extra vitamine C).

Check out your diet and work out schedule.
