Hello everyone, I just turned 30 this past friday and weight 185 lbs and i'm 5'7, its all in the stomach, I dont drink much. One day/week about 5-6 beers give or take. I want to lose 20-25 lbs within the next 3 months. Any suggestions? Please email me in private on here and give me some basic rules/suggestions that I should follow. I work in a call center and just chill at home in the evenings after work. Any suggestions/tips are welcome:)
