I started back working out after 6 month off.I was doing chest n back.Later that night both my forearms just below my elbow starting hurting me on the inside of my arm.
umm, tendonitis, maybe. Only a doctor can diagnose you... did you start with too much weight, too soon? Not enough acclimation or not enough warm up can stress out your tendons and ligaments. Ice it, massage it and back off on the weights. there are also some posts about this in the injury forum.
