Well all I wanted to know is that i picked Special 12-week Abdominals Program for a extra workout but should i mixed that in with my regular fitness plan or should i do the Special 12-week Abdominals Program after the 8 weeks?

Do the 12 Week Ab Plan with your current 8-week routine.
You can even do them on the same days, but I believe it's recommended to do the Ab Program on OFF/REST days for the other routine.
