Ey,I'm 22years old,I have been training seriously,by that I mean,knowing what I'm doing,for around a year.
Before it was a lot of trials,finding new stuff,trying new stuff.I may have been hitting it hard but,the heart was there but not the brain.Now I'm more knowledgeable and I train more efficiently.
For now I'm trying to bulk,I just don't like the idea of cutting after that so,I'm eating just enough.
My ultimate goal would be too look like one of those fitness models,I think I am on the right path, I just need to loose the weights and keep what I was doing.
