I was wondering if I like to workout in the morning what is acceptable can I do weight training and cardio without breakfast right when i wake up or should I eat first then go exercise?? Or take some protine power
I like to at least have some protein before training. If you can make a shake with some protein and some oats in it that should be sufficient to fuel your workout and prevent muscle breakdown.
