I recently have been trying to get back into shape. A year ago i lost 50 lbs but then began dating my boyfriend and gained about 10 lbs. I'm kinda stumped on what to do? I have been working out and eating better. If i do eat out at a fast food place it's only once a week, if even that.

Do what you did when you lost the 50 lbs. Fast food once a week isn't a deal breaker. Maybe look at when you're eating? too close to bed? Or the types of calories you're eating? Maybe eating too many calories?
