Hello,
I am using the fitness plan "Weight Loss & Definition Training" at beginner level working out 5 Days per Week with 12 Week Abs Programs and i am on my fifth week of the program. Recently my work schedule changed and i will be able to work out only for 3 days, so my question is if i modify the fitness plan will it reset and start from a new 3 day schedule or will it modify the original 5 days to 3 days here on.
