Hello I am a new member I would like loose some weight on my upper body like my arms and stomach however I really love my butt and thighs and I am wondering what can I do to ensure I don't loose my curves again.:(
You can't really dictate what area the fat will be lost from...everyone loses differently. I know some women who do lose mostly upper body fat first, but some women will lose it fromtheir lower body and yet others will lose it from all over their body... how you are shaped will sort of indicate where you tend to store excess fat and you can assume that the worse areas will be the last holdouts as you get leaner.
Start a healthy eating plan and exercise routine and be sure to work your entire body, not just where you want to lose fat. Building/maintaining muscle in your legs will help them look shapely as you get lean and will also boost your calorie burn.
