I have been using the same chest and biceps workout for about 2 months. I do this workout once a week along with a day of back/triceps and a day of shoulders. Does anyone have another workout for me cause i think it is time for a change for awhile?
Bench bicep curls
incline press incline curls
flat dumbell flys bar dips
hammer curls incline flys

There are many exercises listed here at ft. Just go to the main menu and choose ft Exercise Resources, then Muscle Targeting, then choose a muscle group. Remember though that compound movements are good for gaining muscle mass, while isolation movements help with muscle definition.

flat bench reverse curls
incline bench close-grip curls
dips(in front) dips behind the back
inclined dumbell flyes close-grip bench

What you should do is to change the number of repetition and sets. And also the speed of your movement.
This will get the muscle fibres going.

If you have signed up for a program it should train different groups. Sometimes I will have the same exercises for a couple of weeks but it may change the order or reps.
