HELLO EVERYONE, I AM NEW ON HERE, I AM TRYING TO FIND HELP ON EXECRISING AND GETTING MY MEALS UNDER CONTROLLED. I AM NOT REALLY OVERWEIGHT I AM TRYING TO TONE UP AND I CAN'T GO TO THE GYM EVERYDAY. I HOPE THIS PROGRAM WORK FOR ME. I AM CURRENTLY ON THE WEIGHT WATCHER DIET AND WATCHING MY POINTS. HAS ANYONE EVER DONE THIS. AND LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKS. I ONLY WANT TO LOOSE ABOUT 10-15LBS.
