Hey all
I used to go to the gym a lot but have had to stop due to time availabilty and lack of money though I don't like the idea of not working out and turning into a lazy bum. This got me on a search for workouts without weights that I could do at home when I came across this article which seemed pretty helpful http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/becker20.htm also looked up the Charles Atlas stuff and a bit about his dynamic tension course, interesting reading.
But anyway was just gonna ask if any of you do a workout in a similar calisthenic like way or know much about it cos I'm not sure what exercises are good and reps and sets to do as I used to do more strength gaining ased stuff when I went to the gym.
