I am yet another in need of change, motivation and help.
Im 19 years old... 168cm tall about 60.5kg...
I have cellulite, very chunky thighs, a gym membership, some pretty average joggers, little motivation, obession with food and overeating it, a very jealous and a lazy nature... Amongst other things that arn't quite as bad ;)
My goal is to have a plan...
To know what I need to do when i go to the gym...
So i can feel motivated about going...
and actually believe that being there will get results...
then eventually get results.
If anyone wants to comment. Please do... I need someone or something to help me out.. and unfortunately money doesnt allow for a personal trainer, dietician or psychologist.
Lets see how we go!

I wish I could run and actually ENJOY IT.
I wish I was happy to wake up in the morning.. in stead of feeling my thighs rub together between my legs... not want to get up and sadly remmeber what I ate the night before..
