Hi am new to FT. I see that we need to do our weightlifting, but how much cardio do we need to add?

depends on your goals and how much weight you have to lose.

A good start is 15-20 minutes 3 times a week...

Lots of posts about cardio in the other forums if you want more info about cardio as it pertains to your goals.
