Hi All - Just introducing myself. I've got a lot of work to do. No easy outs, no excuses, no "lose it fast" expectations. I've been this way too long. I got motivated this time last year and dropped about 30lbs in about six months... It became a lifestyle, not a diet and excercise routine. But somehow, I fell off the horse. Again, no one to blame but me. I'm ready to get back on this horse and do things right. Not looking for pats on the back. Honest (and even harsh) criticism is more than welcome.
