Hi, My name is Lynn and I am ready to change me! I have been at the gym at least 4 times a week for more than the past year. I think I usually eat right and I am having trouble with where to go now. I am stuck around 155-160 and would love to somehow kickstart myself into losing the last stubborn 35lbs. or so I want to use and get myself to where I know I can get to. I just dont know why its not coming off and I am in need of some motivation and help to get me through this crazy time in my life. Cant wait to talk to everyone and meet some great friends and start working harder to my goal!!!

Hi Lynn - I am sure we can get you going again.

First - what is your bodyfat percentage? Have you had it checkd by a trainer with calipers? This will let you know if your goal weight is reasonable.

Second - what are you eating on a daily basis - hwat time and how much?

Third - what is your routine and how long since you changed what you are doing?
